Notice is hereby given that TOMMIE SHULTS, has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Executor, for Issuance of Letters Testamentary and for Summary Probate Administration as to the estate of MARY SARAH BELL aka MARY BELL aka MARY S. MENSAY deceased, and a hearing has been set for January 23, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
