Lyon County Sheriff’s Office seeking information on locating Richard Shifflet

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is still asking for assistance in locating Richard Shifflet. 

He was last seen on Oct. 3, 2022 when he left his residence in Dayton, for a walk. Lyon County Search and Rescue had searched the area where Richard was last seen and areas where he was reported to frequent.

Richard was last seen wearing blue jeans and possibly a black t-shirt. He is a 75 year old white male, 5’6” tall; around 174 pound with blonde hair (balding) and blue eyes. A photo of Richard is attached.
