APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92473
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 3rd day of March 2023 B & J Dairy, LP of Galt, California made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of
diversion of 0.25 c.f.s., 65 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 59228. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 8, T19N, R29E, MDB&M or at
a point from which the C1/4 corner of said Section 8 bears N 80 degrees 40 minutes W, a distance of 53.5 feet (approx. 3 miles North of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for commercial and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 8, T19N, R29E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the C1/4 corner of said Section 8 bears N 14 degrees 15 minutes 53 seconds W, a distance of 638.96 feet. Water was used for commercial and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
