A graveside service for Shirley Ethel Greenhalgh, 73, a Carson City resident for 25 years, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lone Mountain Cemetery.

Mrs. Greenhalgh died Sept. 12, 2004, in Carson City. She was born March 1, 1931, in Ogden, Utah, to Virgil W. and Fern Fallows Davidson.

She married David L. on May 21, 1955. She was an accountant, office manager, business manager, tax consultant and belonged to the National Association of Tax Preparers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, who died in May 2000, and her daughter, Tina Greenhalgh.

Among her survivors are her children Jim Biselli of Carson City, Louise France of Portola, Calif., and Debby Ebsen of Stagecoach; sister Lugene Meek of Carson City; brother Bob Davidson of Sparks; grandchildren Chris Ebsen of Reno, Charlie France of Portola, Jimmy Biselli of Carson City, and Riley France of Portola; and two great-grandchildren.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
