APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92247

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the

22nd day of November 2022 Vidler Water

Company, Inc. of Carson City, Nevada made

application to the State Engineer of Nevada

for permission to change the point of diversion

and place of use of 502.245 acre-feet,

a portion of water heretofore appropriated

under Claims 59, 60, 83, 146, 157, 257 and

281 of the Carson River Decree. Water

will be diverted from the Carson River at a

point from the left bank in the NE part of the

NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 35, T15N, R20E,

MDB&M at the Mexican Ditch diversion dam

per Claim 686 on the Carson River under

the Carson River Final Decree (approx. 1.6

miles South of the intersection of Pinion Hills

Rd. & Carson River Rd.). Water will be used

as decreed. The existing points of diversion

were located from the right bank in the SE1/4

NW1/4 Section 25, T12N, R20E, and from the

right bank in the SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 23,

T12N, R20E, from the right bank in the NE1/4

SE1/4, Section 10, T12N, R20E, from the

right bank in the NW1/4 SE1/4 Section 10,

T12N, R20E, from the left bank in the NW1/4

SE1/4 Section 10, T12N, R20E, and from the

left bank in the NE1/4 SE1/4 Section 9, T12N,

R20E, MDB&M on the Carson River under

the Carson River Final Decree. Water was

used as decreed.
