APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91615

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 24th

day of February 2022 Carson City Water Utility

of Carson City, Nevada made application to

the State Engineer of Nevada for permission

to change the point of diversion and place

of use of 0.0859 c.f.s., 50 a.f.a., a portion of

water heretofore appropriated under Permit

26581, Certificate 9622. Water will be diverted

from an underground source (Carson City

Well #54 – Fuji Park) at a point located within

the SW1/4 SE1/4 Section 31, T15N, R20E,

MDB&M or at a point from which the S1/4

corner of said Section 31 bears S 66 degrees

13 minutes 41 seconds W, a distance of

1,035.52 feet (at Fuji Park in Carson City, NV).

Water will be used for municipal purposes

from January 1st to December 31st of each

year. The existing point of diversion was

located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 Section 6,

T15N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which

the E1/4 corner of said Section 6 bears N 51

degrees 13 minutes 28 seconds E, a distance

of 779.74 feet. Water was used for municipal

purposes from January 1st to December 31st

of each year.
