APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92649

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the

26th day of April 2023 Robert and Lorna

Coclich Family Trust, dated October 31, 2006

of Carson City, Nevada made application to

the State Engineer of Nevada for permission

to change the point of diversion, place and

manner of use of 0.0013 c.f.s., 0.25 a.f.a., a

portion of water heretofore appropriated under

Permit 44397, Certificate 12661. Water will

be diverted from an underground source at a

point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4, Section

23, T15N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from

which the E1/4 corner of said Section 23

bears S 68 degrees 16 minutes E, a distance

of 842 feet (Pinion Hills Rd. & Laurel Rd.

in Carson City, NV). Water will be used for

quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st

to December 31st of each year. The existing

point of diversion was located within the

NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 17, T17N, R23E,

MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4

corner of said Section 17 bears N 88 degrees

47 minutes E, a distance of 1,321.4 feet.

Water was used for irrigation and domestic

purposes from January 1st to December 31st

of each year.
