APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92713

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 24th

day of May 2023 Vidler Water Company, Inc.

of Carson City, Nevada made application to

the State Engineer of Nevada for permission

to change the point of diversion and place

of use of a prorata share of the decreed

diversion rate, not to exceed 413.55 a.f.a., a

portion of water heretofore appropriated under

Claims 277, 279, 396, 400, 402, 404, 405,

406, 407 and 421 of the Alpine Decree. Water

will be diverted from the Carson River from

the left bank in the NE part of NE1/4 SW1/4

Section 35, T15N, R20E, MDB&M at the

Mexican Ditch diversion dam per Claim 686.

Water will be used for irrigation purposes as

decreed. The existing point of diversion was

located from the Schroder-Highland or Olson

or F. Cordes from left bank in the NE1/4 SE1/4

Section 9, T12N, R20E, Ezell & McFanning

– joint diversion with Emigrant, Banning &

McFanning & Martin Slg. ditches in NE1/4

SW1/4 Section 14, T12N, R20E, Gardner &

Springmeyer or H. Springmeyer from right of

North bank NW1/4 NW1/4 Section 4, T12N,

R20E, MDB&M. Water was used as decreed.
