NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MICKEY M.
RITTER, having filed in this Court a Petition for
Probate of Will and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary, the hearing for the same has been fixed by the Court for Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. of said day, in Department I, at the Courthouse, in the City of Fallon, County of Churchill, State of Nevada, and all persons interested in the said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said petition should not be approved. Reference is made to said petition for further particulars. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
