Notice is hereby given that DENISE CHYRL FISCHER, has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Personal Representative, for Issuance of Letters Testamentary, for Summary Probate Administration and for authority to Sell Real Property, as to the estate of MARLENE ANN FISCHER deceased, and a hearing has been set for January 9th, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
